Come home
to yourself.
Private coaching for women who've already done the therapy and lived in their heads, and are ready to feel it in the body instead of thinking about it for one more year.
Who this is for
You've been the good wife, the good mother, the good employee. You've read the books, sat in the therapy, figured yourself out on paper. Nothing here is about fixing you. You're not broken and you're not behind.
This is about the woman who shows up when you stop performing: how she moves, what she wants, and how she decides once she trusts her own body again.
What the work actually is
Life coaching and sensual movement, together, at one price. You don't have to decide which one you need before we start.
Some sessions we sit and talk through the decision you've been circling for a year. Some sessions we put the music on and move: slow, stripper-style sensual movement, ballet stretches, floor work, slow enough that your legs are shaking by the end. Most sessions turn out to be some of both.
I've been teaching this movement since 2006 and coaching since 2015. The coaching is what turns a good session into a different decision after you leave the room.
Heels, lingerie, and anything more erotic come later, and only if you want them. An invitation, never a requirement, never day one. Sessions are virtual or in person.
Three ways in
The Interruption
Four weeks to interrupt the noise, the overthinking, and the version of you that's been on pause.
- 4 hours of private coaching across four weeks: four 60-minute sessions, two 2-hour sessions, or one 2-hour plus two 60-minute
- A 30-minute integration session at the end, where we look at what moved and what you're taking with you
- Voxer with me between sessions, Monday through Friday, answered within one business day
- Prompts, practices, or movement to take home when they'll help
- Virtual or in person
You can do The Interruption once. It's where we start.
The Homecoming
Coming home to yourself, over time, in real life, not in a single breakthrough. Three months to start.
- 4 hours of private coaching each month: four 60-minute sessions, two 2-hour sessions, or a mix
- Voxer with me between sessions, Monday through Friday, answered within one business day
- Three guides
- Membership included the whole time we work together: the weekly live class, the movement library, and the community
- Practices or movement to take home when they'll help
- Virtual or in person
After three months, renew for another three, or move into The Homecoming: Extended.
The Homecoming: Extended
Six months. Same work, more room.
- Everything in The Homecoming, every month, for six months
Some women start here because they already know they're in this for longer. Others move into it after their first three months. After six months, if the work still makes sense, we keep going.
The Homecoming runs $1,700 to $1,800 a month, depending on how long we work together. We'll go through the details on our coffee date.
Book a virtual coffee dateI take five or six private clients at a time, on purpose. A smaller circle keeps me fully present for each woman, and keeps enough of me for the retreats and the rest of the work.
In their words
"I jokingly refer to her as my real-life Oprah. Personable, down to earth, and able to lovingly call you out on your own limiting beliefs. I always leave feeling lighter."
"Anjua has a unique gift for bringing to light the deeper 'why.' She pinpointed the tough questions I would have never asked myself."
"She has an amazing way of helping you realize that all the answers to your questions lie within."
Ready?
It starts with a virtual coffee date. We talk about what's going on, what you want, and whether one of these is the right next step. No pitch you have to brace for. If it's not right, right now, that's a real answer too.
